Getting ready to start my SI6

So I've been playing around with different programs, TJ, SI6, hip hop abs and the treadmill. Been trying to find the perfect fit. I love Turbo Jam...I find the program fun and effective- but for structre I'm starting SI6 on Monday September 28th. My goal is to finish the 6 weeks...no matter what and not miss a workout.

 

A few weeks ago I started watching my diet and adding exercise in and I've lost 8 pounds...that was with not giving 100% and not being 100% perfect on the diet either. I know that if I step up my program there is no reason I can't be an after and start inspiring others to do the same.

I'm worried I'll fall into the same old routine and not finish...but I have great buddies and a wonderful coach who I hope will hold me accountable.

 

I love beachbody! Can't wait to post some after pictures!!!
