Official Day #1 of Les Mills Pump!!!

Today is my 1st day OFFICIALLY with Les Mills Pump!!! YAY!!!! Love it!!!

I practiced this weekend with the pump challenge to get correct form and to get familiar with the program and today is a great new start with a KICK BUTT workout program. I tried doing it with weights the first practice and second practice without weights to really get the feel of correct form. WOW... really feeling it in my legs..love it!!!!!!!!!!!

Beginning WEEK #3 of Chalean Extreme!!!

GOOD TIMES!!! Week # 3 of Chalean Extreme starts TODAY!!!!!

Loving every drop of sweat, every sore muscle!!! My "dumbell weights" have increased dramatically. Never thought in my wildest dreams I would ever be able to lift this heavy with such good form.

Good form, GREAT RESULT's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Week #2 (PUSH PHASE) Chalean extreme finished!!!! YAY!!

Week #2 Chalean Extreme finished, YAAAAY!!! I'm starting to see the hard work is really paying off. So far 5 pounds of fat GONE!!!

Muscels are showing some nice deffinition...wooohooo! I love the push phase, this is my all time favorite so far. I love lifting heavy weights

Clean eating is a must and have done pretty well with the exceptions of a few cheats which is actually good to do, it shocks the body into releasing more fat loss.

I'm proud to say that I gave up using any alcohol  (Thank You Chalean!) ... that was one area that had really hindered my results. The body processes alcohol into sugar, which in turn... goes straight to Fat being stored in the body.

When you play by the rules the results are amazing!!! The question is: HOW BAD DO WE WANT IT!!?? I decided I WANTED THE RESULT'S MORE THAN THE ALCOHOL. So, That's one less bad habit to deal with. I'm finding that Shakeology is a major help in controling my sweet tooth... It's my favorite meal & snack of the day. Yes,.. I'm a Shakeology junkie & usually have 2 shakes per day... WITH NO QUILT!!!! I'm so excited about my results & can't wait to hit the Lean phase to watch the major transformation blossom..

 

Today I'm finishing week #1 of Chalean Ex (PUSH)...wooohooo!

Today I'm finishing PUSH CIRCUIT #3 of (week #1) .... sooo excited about the strength, endurence and some really nice definition beginning to show in my muscles. I only have a few more pounds to loose so that's pretty exciting!!! I have been able to really go heavier on my weights than I thought I would be able to... love it!!!! My meals have been pretty clean for the most part... My energy (Thanks to Shakeology and BB supplements) have been a total plus in my results!!! Beachbody ROCK'S!!!!!

Chalean Extreme (PUSH #1) done!

WOW!!! Flippen cool workout! ... I'm still shaking after that one. I may do a little cardio later but first gotta recover the shaky limbs...lol
