Week #2 Chalean Extreme finished, YAAAAY!!! I'm starting to see the hard work is really paying off. So far 5 pounds of fat GONE!!!

Clean eating is a must and have done pretty well with the exceptions of a few cheats which is actually good to do, it shocks the body into releasing more fat loss.
I'm proud to say that I gave up using any alcohol (Thank You Chalean!) ... that was one area that had really hindered my results. The body processes alcohol into sugar, which in turn... goes straight to Fat being stored in the body.
When you play by the rules the results are amazing!!! The question is: HOW BAD DO WE WANT IT!!?? I decided I WANTED THE RESULT'S MORE THAN THE ALCOHOL. So, That's one less bad habit to deal with. I'm finding that Shakeology is a major help in controling my sweet tooth... It's my favorite meal & snack of the day. Yes,.. I'm a Shakeology junkie & usually have 2 shakes per day... WITH NO QUILT!!!! I'm so excited about my results & can't wait to hit the Lean phase to watch the major transformation blossom..
