I am really proud of myself, I have really been eating well. Loving the Shakeology. I see a change coming for life, not for a season:)

Day 3

Got up at 4:40am to begin my workout at 5...it was well worth it. I worked Arms, Shoulders and Abs. i really feel good about this adventure Ive decided to take. I worked out alot harder than I ever did at the gym. Maybe bc i was in the privacy of my own home, I felt comfortable, wasnt worried abt how I looked or if someone was watching me....my arms are already sore:)))

Day 2

Im really loving my P90X experience. I know its only the second day but Im sticking to my diet and loving the workouts. My abs are already sore...I know I can do this, failure is not an option this time!
