P90X Phase 3

Today is Day 55/Week 8 (Yoga X day/Recovery Week), since I’m doing the doubles series of P90X and I have a busy schedule, it will be very hard to keep up. Adding the Cardio X option in the morning along with weight lifting in the evening, my schedule will be pretty focused around my workout and work schedule. School and other parts of my life will have to fit in around it. Weeks 9 -12 will be hard like none other…but I’ll be finished with P90X doubles at the end of July…we’ll see how the results come.
