P90X Week One - Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X

Awesome, awesome workout! 

Hung in there the whole way through...but hit a brick wall with the Ab Ripper. 

Ab Ripper is by far the toughest ab workout I've ever done before.  I mean I've done lots of crunches and other stuff, but the variety of movements combined with minimal rest time is what really gets me. 

Crunchy Frog, Fifer Scissors and Heals to Heaven are the three toughest movements right now.

P90X Week One - Yoga

So Yoga is my first entry in this thing because I did the first 3 workouts without having my profile done. 

Oh well. 

I've said it before, but this isn't my first time going through P90X.  I decided last week to start the program over again and be VERY strict with "stickin' to it". 

The first time I went through I'd miss a day here and there, and I didn't always watch what I was eating. 

Not any more!

Yoga was relaxing as always today, and I'm noticing some increased flexibility and strength in certain positions.  Still can't get over how tough "Half Moon" and "Twisted Half Moon" are for me though. 

It'll all come with time!
