P90X Week One - Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X

Awesome, awesome workout! 

Hung in there the whole way through...but hit a brick wall with the Ab Ripper. 

Ab Ripper is by far the toughest ab workout I've ever done before.  I mean I've done lots of crunches and other stuff, but the variety of movements combined with minimal rest time is what really gets me. 

Crunchy Frog, Fifer Scissors and Heals to Heaven are the three toughest movements right now.
