Rainy Day Workout

Will it ever stop raining?  Who cares, it's KENPO X day today.  What a great way to spend the rainy afternoon...  The best thing is I don't have to go out to get my workout in.  Feeling great now that my workout is completed!

Finishing week #3

After a short break for the flu, I am back in the game and finishing my last workout of the 3rd week in P90X.  I am already seeing a difference in my weight and my look.  I have lost about 7 lbs so far and easily better than 1 inch on my wasteline. 

P90X is fun and it really works.  I have been able to maintaiin a pretty consistent workout schedule while travelling and working.  P90X is flexible and can easily be accomplished in your room or hotel fitness center.

I am looking forward to the 4th week, the rest week...

Yoga X

Wow!  This is not a beginner's yoga program.  It has been a couple of years since i have done any yoga, and it really showed.  I was able to complete about 25% of the workout, so I have lots of room for improvement.
