Not what I thought

So I have completed phase I of P90X.  During the recovery week my oldest daughter was put in the hospital for a week.  So as one can imagine, I was there the entire week and my diet was less than perfect.  

Other than the week my daughter was in the hospital, I followed the program.  My diet was excellent and I did all the workouts, with the exception of a yoga day.  I am happy that I was able to be successful with the diet and the workouts.  I'm not too happy about my results though.  

I have lost 9 pounds and a total of 7 inches all around.  I was really hoping for more inches.  Especially since my strength improved over the 4 weeks.

I'm trying to not be too disappointed and discouraged.  I start phase II today, a week later than what I should've since I had that week off due to the hospital.  i hope that this phase turns out better results.  I will continue with Phase I diet for a little longer though to hopefuly speed up the results.
