6 Weeks...

I did it! I completed the 6 weeks of Slim in 6! 36 workouts total.

 

I posted my before and after pictures.

 

To recap changes so far:

 

Weight - from 221 lbs to 192 lbs.

Pants size - from 40 to 34.

Fitness - I did a pull-up (1.5 actually)

 

Stretching tomorrow, it will be my last day with Debbie Siebers for a while. Monday I begin P90X!
