First 90 Day complete

        I have finished the first cycle of the "X"!  It was kinda tough at some points but I did my best and forgot the rest.  I did modify quite a bit so not to excede my limitations.  I was pleasantly surprised at the progress that my body made over time.

       This I am doing for my health and well being not to be ripped so although my transformation is not dramatic I am firming up and feeling better.  My main goal is to not be a squishy older man.

        My favorite workouts are KenpoX, Back and Biceps, and shoulders and arms.  I have decided to focus on building some definition in my arms.

       I am also replacing 1 meal with a Shakeology drink. And I LOVE the recovery drink after a workout.
