Turbo Fire Week #7

OK people...week # 7 of Turbo Fire is here & I am sooooooo loving this workout program.  I have also added some Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 twice a week just to get some weight training in.  I have lost 5lbs. so far, lost a total of 6 inches overall & gained muscle definition so I am quite happy w/my results:)  I will keep you posted on how things are going.

Also, my Fit Club is going well too!!  It is on Wednesday nights from 6-7p. & we do Turbo Jam, Power 90, etc...hoping to incorporate some TF into it as well when people are ready.  We have about 10-12 regulars w/others joining off & on weekly.

My goal for this month of August is to lose another 5lbs. & 5in. & to order the next phase of Turbo Fire~the Advanced Workouts w/the Turbo Tracker food journal to help me stay even more on-track.

For anyone on the fence about this program...DON'T BE!!  Order it!!  If you love Turbo Jam, you will heart Turbo Fire too:)  Happy sweating!!
