Back from Vacation

After a week of fun and sun in Barbados, I felt larger than I've felt in a very long time. I'm back in New Orleans and ready to push play on Day 2 of my P90 3/4 four week work out plan. I did 3 days of P90 Sculpt 3/4 while in Barbados and luckily am not sore after yesterday's round. I'm also cutting out carbs from my diet for two weeks and following Phase 1 of the South Beach diet (I'm also on Day 2 of Phase 1 of South Beach).  I didn't get to weigh myself yesterday morning while in Barbados, but I did finally step on the scale this morning.  My official starting stats are:

Weight - 144.5 lbs, Waist - 30 in, Chest - 38.5 in, R Arm - 10in, L Arm - 10.5 in, R Thigh - 23.75, L Thigh - 23.5, Body Fat - ?? 

I might go buy an at home body fat monitor tomorrow so I can track my progress there too, but I think they're around $30 at Academy Sports.

Ok, off to push play on Sweat 3/4 and Abs 200!!  More update tomorrow.
