Here are my 12 goals for 2012. While I'm planning on working on all the goals throughout the year, I will be assigning each month a focus goal to make sure that each goal gets a minimum of one month's attention throughout the year.
January - Complete Financial Peace University and actively work towards completely Step 2.
February - Plan weekly menus and prepare meals ahead of time when possible so plan can be followed.
March - Find 15 minutes daily for quiet, alone time.
April - Improve race times. Current personal records: 5k 0:39:49, 10k 1:33:33, 12k 1:53:33, Half marathon 4:02:35, and Sprint triathlon 2:03:09.
May - Daily eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies, with a minimum of 2 servings of veggies and with only 1 serving coming from juice.
June - Weekly attend church or complete Bible study.
July - Weekly complete 6 workouts for at least 45 minutes each: 3 weight training and 3 cardio sessions.
August - Weekly write in my journal or blog.
September - Take dogs for a walk/run at least 2 times a week.
October - Daily work towards reaching 30 grams of fiber and a maximum of 24 grams of sugar, 1500 mg of sodium and 300 mg of cholesterol.
November - Read 1 non-fiction book a month.
December - Track all foods eaten for at least 5 days a week.
