Day 73: P90X - Shoulders/Arms and ARX

Day 73:  Shoulders/Arms and ARX

Went up in reps/weight for shoulders and arms.  What an awesome pump.

Crushed ARX... well for me anyway.  Did 20-15 reps for all moves and got all 50 mason twists.

Everyone keep pushing play...  The changes are happening, everyday!

Forgot to mention... I did the chair dips with 2 chairs and a 40 pound dumbbell on my lap and still got 30 and 25 reps.   Yay for me... lol
