Day 78: P90X - CST and ARX



CST:  Went up on weights and reps on most moves.  Did 25 seated (2 chairs) dis with 60lb db on my lap.  Since I got 18 clapping push-ups last week I decided to try the clapping plyo ones and got 10 of them (not sure what my form looked like... lol).  Also got 12 one handed push-ups. 

ARX:  Keeps getting better, little by little.
