New beginnings

WOW! Things are really changing around my house. I decided to become a Beach Body coach just 3 days ago, and already I have a coach signed up under me. Even more exciting, my wife has agreed to do a full round of classic P90X with me, my friend Heidi, and Dr. Dale Christiansen. Dale is the one who got me started with Beach Body back in March. I am so excited to really go for it with P90X, and can't wait to see the results, but first the WORK! I have been dabbling with P90X, doing 2 or 3 workouts each week, along with Power90 and some weightlifting.

  I have maintained my weight at 193 pounds since finishing my first round of Power90 in June. My goal is to be at 180 pounds by November 15, my 42nd birthday. Then I will weigh at 42 what I weighed at 22. More important to me than the weight, is the fitness. I love feeling stronger than ever, and having the energy to meet life's demands head on, with a smile on my face knowing I can do what needs to be done.
