Insanity Asylum Day 2! Strength and Relief!

 

Alright team today was day 2 Insanity Asylum!! Strength was the workout today! HOLY GOD! lol, and i added on relief workout which is a 35 min total body stretch and man it was beautifullll i loved it, my body needed it and it was a great ending to such an intense workout! it was even focused on the mind control on the body and focus on the moves etc, i tell ya this stuff is awesome! this is the life i love to live im so thankful for this whole experience and opportunity!! and i am so glad for the team we have!! keep up the great work everyonee!!!

Insanity Asylum Day 1- Speed and Agility

Alright team today was Insanity Asylum day 1! Speed and Agility! WHOA! lol veryyyy intense but so rewarding to get through it, this is one awesome program so far i can see how its going to test the limits and push me to dig deeper!!! Remember tho, its KEY that you take breaks when needed, dont be afraid of breaks if your gassed out and need to catch your breath. gotta be smart when doing these programs! but its amazing to see the progress, just last year i was puking to day 1 of p90x! now to the most extreme workout program yet! I LOVE IT! this is a LIFESTYLE and a Way of life i will be living forever from here on out Lord Willing and health permitting and injury free! keep it up team!! lets rock this! so glad to have every single one of you on this team!!!

Isanity Asylum- Sports Performance Test

So here are my results! 
Alright so today is starting a new journey into another fitness realm! Asylum is going to be the toughest workout i will take on yet! a 30 day total body conditioning program. I did my first Asylum fit test today before starting so i can see my progress at the end of it. i beleive all these were 1 minute in length per exercise. it was 25 minutes total for the whole test with instruction.This WAS THE HARDEST FIT TEST IVE COME ACROSS! Here are my results:

Insanity Asylum Fit Test

Agility Heisman - 10 Reps
In and Out Ab Progression - 38 Reps
Lat Push Ups/ Pull Ups- 22 Reps ( i did lat push ups)
Mountain Climber Switch Kicks - 55 Reps
Agility Shoulder Taps - 5 Reps
X- Jumps - 25 Reps
Moving Push Ups - 3.5 Reps
Agility Latter Shuffle - 18 Reps
Agility Bear Crawl - 5 Reps
