DAY 6 - ChaLEAN Extreme

1/10/2010 - Today is a rest day for me.

Even though I'm "resting" today, I feel as though I should be working out. As strange as it may sound,  I've become addicted to working out. I love, love, love it! I guess mainly because I've been seeing results.

I feel even better now that I've started ChaLEAN Ext. It's only been one week, but I seriously can feel my arms, abs, thighs and buns getting tighter. It's such a great feeling!I think that's why I feel like I should be doing something today. I did however, venture out for a walk with my son and my dog. It was a bit too chilly though, so we made it a short walk of only about 20 mins.

DAY 5 - ChaLEAN Extreme

1/9/10 - CE Burn It Off, Recharge & Ab Burner

Great workout today!  It was the first time I've tried Recharge and I LOVED IT!! It felt great to stretch out all of my muscles after my first week of CE. I am so darn proud of myself at this point. I am also pumped, motivated and driven to complete CE. I look forward to my workouts, that's a first for me. I'm determined to see some muscle definition. Sexy he we come!!!

My only challenge at the moment, is getting them in first thing in the morning. I'm either going to have to start getting up before my son does, or wait until he naps. Although, while he's napping there are 100 other things I could be doing...so I think I'm going to start getting up 1 hr before him each morning. Besides, I'm going to be going back to work in March and will have to start getting up 2-3 hrs earlier anyways. Why not break my laziness now!! :) 

My goal for Mon - Fri next week is the get up at 6:30 am and BRING IT!
