Getting closer!

I'm getting closer to the end of my CE/TF Hybrid!  I'm looking forward to doing something different but I will definitely miss my Turbo for a little while.  I'm almost done with the Lean Phase month of the hybrid and will be starting the last month of HIIT soon.  I plan to do a couple of rounds of Brazil Butt Lift and then will start P90X2 on January 2nd.  I have gained weight in the last few months, but I'm not crying about it because my pants fit more loose.  Putting muscle into your body will make you SMALLER, LADIES!!!  :D  I still eat more junk food than I should and it's worse during my cycle and when I'm studying (currently working on my Corrective Exercise Training specialization for my CPT).  It's something I will probably always struggle with.  Just gotta take everything one day at a time!

Starting PUSH

I'm doing the TurboFire ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid and today I started the PUSH phase.  I've done ChaLEAN Extreme before but had forgotten how intense the Push Phase really is!  I lifted heavier than I ever have before.

Since my last entry, I'm down almost 10 pounds and even more inches.  I'm hoping to hit my goal size by the end of the summer.  I'm wearing jeans now that I haven't been able to wear in over 4 years.

I'm more determined than ever to get into the best shape of my life!  My workout buddies are keeping me accountable and motivated.  If you don't have workout buddies, GET SOME!

Traveling with Beachbody

I just got back last night from Coach's Summit in Los Angeles.  If you're a coach, you CAN'T MISS SUMMIT!!!  I got to work out with Leandro Carvalho, Chalene Johnson, Tony Horton, Shaun T, and more!  It's amazing how much harder you work when you know the trainer isn't just on tv, they're right there watching you!  My butt, abs and legs have NEVER worked so hard!  I'm starting a new round of Turbo Fire/ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid today.  I figure it would be great to re-start since I just got back from Summit.

I've been struggling with eating lately.  Especially while traveling.  To try and keep junk food to a minimum, I packed my Chocolate Shakeology.  At least when I had cravings for junk or was just plain hungry, I could mix myself up some Shakeology and be satisfied for a few hours.  If you travel a lot, I highly recommend packing at least your Shakeology and a shaker cup.  Magic Bullets are also very portable and if you prefer to blend your Shakeology, bring one of those too!  I will be bringing my Shakeology on every trip from now on.  Whether it's a trip to the lake or to Las Vegas (Summit next year).

Summit is more than just learning about Team Beachbody and building your business.  It's about changing lives and building relationships!  Thanks to Summit, I have met some of the most amazing people (you know who you are :D) and made friendships that will last a lifetime!  I will NEVER miss Summit again!

We WILL End The Trend!

Shakeology & TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid

I broke the 160 pound mark and am excited to say I'm down to 157 now!  Only 12 pounds from my weight goal!  I've been not so good about getting my workouts in due to illness, myself and my children, but one thing has remained consistent.  I've been drinking my Shakeology EVERY day.  It's helped me take weight off even when I wasn't exercising like I should have been.  I'm back to it and more motivated than ever!  The sun is shining (even though we had another snow storm yesterday) and I'm motivated to get back into a bikini this summer at the lake!  I've also set a goal to be a Ruby Coach by Summit in June and Diamond Coach by Christmas.  I really want to contribute finiancially to our family and retire my husband (who also became a coach in January) when he retires fully from the USAF.
I've been doing the TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid and have been pushing harder than I have ever pushed before!  I'm back into my smaller sized jeans and have goals of being able to comfortably wear a pair of size 8 Old Navy Cargo Pants I absolutly LOVE but only wore them for about a week because I didn't take the weight off the healthy way last time and it came back.  I was on Weight Watchers when I got those pants.  Let me explain.  First of all, Weight Watchers is a good program and it has helped many people, including myself, take weight off.  I personally lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers.  However, once you quit counting points, most people put the weight back on.  Weight Watchers doesn't teach you to change your diet, it just teaches you to eat smaller portions of the foods that made you fat in the first place.  I don't know about you, but I don't want to measure my food for the rest of my life.  I'm now following Beachbody's approach to food and using Michi's Ladder and eating more CLEAN foods.  It's more of a lifestyle change.  So far, so good!

I'm gonna keep drinking my Shakeology because it's the healthiest and cleanest thing I can put into my body. :)  I took and posted my measurements yesterday and will be taking pictures tonight to compare them to January.  I'm more motivated than ever to get those last 12 pounds off!  From there, I will push to get my body fat percentage where it needs to be.  Whether that means I gain or lose weight, great!  I just want to be healthy and be here for my children for years to come!
