Hey Everyone:

I hope you are ready for the summer!  Well, I cant wait!  I am returning from Sydney this week and I cant wait to get back home.  But, the best thing...i have completed my 2 year project.  It has been a great time but I am ready for some much needed R&R!!  Now, I can get back to my recovery shakes after my wkouts...i have been missing them for the last 3 weeks!  But, I have stayed on course with my wkouts!  You would believe it but one saturday we walked around sydney for 8 hours.  It was intentional...we just wanted some good exercise.  Hopefully, all of you are staying on course!!  Off to do Taebo this AM!  I like to switch it up!!

Stay Focused!

Hey BB Fam:

I am on my 3rd wk of P90X after transitioning from P90.  I love the program...at first...i doubted i would because I love more of an aerobic workout.  But, with the "Slim Down" p90x program...you can have the best of both worlds.  Its been tough pushing through as I cant shake this health challenge...sore throat and shaky voice.  I have to do my least favorite wkout this evening...YOGA!  Oh my...i never thought yoga could be that hard.  It is definitely a workout!  Any of you questioning your choice to make change happen NOW...STOP!!  Just press play...start your day with Shakeology...recovery drink after every workout.  And if you need a snack...why not the p90x protein bars!!  AND DONT FORGET...ACCOUNTABILITY!!!  LOG YOUR WORKOUTS!!  STAY CONNECTED WITH INSPIRATIONAL OTHERS!!  Hey if you want to be added to my daily inspirational text message...text "add me to the list" to 281.300.4118!!  Remember...stay focused and MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN NOW!!

Happy New Decade, New Year, New U!

Hey!

After hearing my husbands excitement when he completed his 1st 13 wks, I decided to upgrade from power 90 to P90X.  And I must say I'm glad I did.  I LOVE IT!!  I just completed my 1st week of the "slim down" program!!  It was awesome!!  Let me tell you...this is a no punk workout!!  But, you take it at your own pace!!  You dont have to be "Tony"...you will gradually get there!  Man, the hardest day was Yoga...90 minutes of pure...well use your imagination!!  But, i made it through!  For those of you that are ready to step up in 2010...go for P90X!  Hey, but if its not your thing...find what works for you.  The wonderful thing about Beachbody, is you have choices!  You can choose Hip Hop Abs, Power 90, Slim in 6...or for those of you who are ready to join my buddy Jonathon...step up to "Insanity"...the name says it all!!  But whatever you do...track your workouts, have some accountability & dont forget your nutrition...then watch change happen!  Always remember your "why" for starting this journey!  I wish everyone the best...live again in 2010!!

Happy Holidays!

Hello Everyone:

Happy Holidays.  December has been a great month!  I celebrated my birthday and took some much needed time off from work!  I decided to not sit back and be lazy over the holidays...but instead...i stepped up my workout and continued to watch my eating.  I started the month with a 7 day cleanse to keep me focused!  I encourage you to not gain extra weight over the holidays.  It makes the new year even harder!  Stay focused on your goals.  Oh yeah...i love the Biggest Loser!  The new season starts Jan 5!  I cant believe they have someone over 500lbs!  We have a lot of work to do!!  See you in Jan...
