I had a pretty good workout today in spite of being mentally taxed.  Too many things on my mind.  need to learn to compartmentalize work and home. 

Did Cardio Power and Resistance.  Air was good.  Gave about 90%.  Shoulder is still not 100% so I did static pushups instead of moving.  Feel good now. 

Next week is a big travel week so I a will be challenged to keep up the pace.  I am shooting for 4 hard workouts next week and a fully recovered shoulder.
