JUST FINISHED the max interval training of INSANITY and I have tto say, WOW. Not only have I have pushed myself to the limit, but I feel the endorphin kickin' and pumpin' through my blood... I don't know how Shaun T. and the workout crew can help to push me so far, but diggin deep is addicting. It changes my whole... "what else am I capable of? what else can I achieve?" If I can push m yself in the last 8 seconds of switch kicks, full body drills, frog jumps, what can I push myself in life?
