Friday! The weekend battle begins. The two weekends so far in this round of Insanity have been so so in the eating dept. It's funny, i went back and re read some of my old posts om
from three years ago and in some ways, I'm still fighting the same battles.

Tomorrow marks the first official double workout of this round. Now on my own, I've been adding some workouts. I did RevAbs "Fire up your abs" on top of plyo circuit on wednesday
NO doubles today tho since i'm also playing soccer on Sunday. Cardio Power

Insanity thru the holidays (and beyond)

Hi there. I decided that i needed to return to TBB message boards. I started using P90X in 2007....since then i've done P90x Plus, Chalean Extreme, RevAbs and Insanity. I also became a Teambeachbody coach in 2008 and right now i'm a Diamond coach. so WHY am I back?

Whats my WHY?

I finished Insanity for the first time around Labor day of 2009. I was truly in the best shape of my life. That summer, i actually went to the beach and took my shirt off...and posted shirtless pics and was truly about 5-10 pounds from a true six pack...When Insanity
ended, I was recruited to do a charity 1/2 marathon in the spring. I still mixed my p90x and INsanity workouts...I even gave Revabs a try. It's a good program, but i found not intense enough for me right after Insanity...but I've since sprinkled in some of the workouts...anyway, back to the run. Thru the winter I used the training as a reason to up my carb intake. Long story short, when the run was over in April I actually PUT ON weight.

So for the last six months, Its been up...down...up....About ten days ago, I decided for me, it was time to return to the basics. For me that was a focused round of Insanity with an added option (just in month one) to add the new workout "Fast and Furious" when i'm up for it. I know that i will do the workouts....but for me (and maybe you....) it's the diet. I'm a classic do well during the week....crash it on the weekends...so THATS why i'm back to the boards. When i had my original success with P90X, THIS is where i started to make friends in this community...so I'm back and i love the fact that the timing of this round of Insanity ENDS on January 1st, The date most people will wake up and realize they need to do something...but i need to be Accountable...so as we speak i'm on day two, week
two....

If you are new to Insanity....or just trying to learn about it....or on your 5th round (you crazy ones...)....post here....so as Shaun T says in his new "Fast and Furious" workout..."I'm not here to kill you, I want you to kill yourself.."
