Starting week 5 of using One On One workouts.. I only bought 6 from VOL 1;  My review goes like this:

Overall  4/5 Star Rating

1)  30/15: Outstanding muscle specific workout of the chest and back; love it; 5 STAR

2)  Just Arms:  a nice addtiion of working on the forearms; nice burn; probably a little less intense than, Biceps and Back; 4 STAR

3) Fountain of Youth;  Finally a YOGA under an hour; it's quick and effective; 4 STAR

4)  Diamond Delts: like 30/15, a good muscle specific routine; by the end my shoulders are on fire...  a quick 37 minute workout; good to add KILLER ABS afterwards; 5 STAR

5) Killer Abs:  combo of AB Ripper and AB Ripper X;  great burn; somewhat creative idea 4 STAR

6) PLYO LEGS:  Mommy !  This is thee rocker people!!  Tony brings you to light-headedness; a monster.  5 STARS
