So I have successfully mangaged to get through each of the new MAX workouts and all I can say is OMG they are crazy. Makes Month 1 look easy...I know I felt like the first month was hard at first so I am sure this will get easier. Now that I know what to expect I am sure next round will go much better!
One problem though is since doing this new sectioin of the workout I have been very hungry! YIKES. I do okay most of the day but if I don't keep my eating schedule of 5-6 meals I totally lose it. Then we also have to address the Halloween candy that is lying around the house. What should I do with it? Very tempted to throw it in the trash I tell ya! I went crazy with it a few days in a row...now I am paying the price with a little bit of weight gain (trivial but still). I have to ask myself, "Is it worth it? Am I enjoying it? Will I be uspet if I don't eat it?" The answer to all questions is "NO". I do this crazy, insane workout and then eat candy, makes no sense. I am, after all, doing this to lose weight! Works better though if I just STOP IT. Once I get past this obstacle, I will work on how to survive when my husband wants to eat out. Never a good thing for me...I was doing good today (NO CANDY) then hubby says "Let's go out!"
