DAY 8-Core Synergistics Round 6!

Oh my gosh! How can this workout get any better? Seriously! I just knocked out day 8 with Core Synergistics. This is my all time favorite P90x workout! Honestly, I don't think there is one body part this workout does not work. I did have to share the room with my Golden Retriever during banana rolls but it made me keep my legs up higher. Awesome workout and even better to see lots of buddies in WOWY working hard too!
