Day 12-Legs & Back!

Oh my gosh! Just crushed Legs & back so much that I am going to save Ab Ripper X for later. My arms are toast! I can't imagine holding them up for IN AND OUTS! Later Ab Ripper X will ROCK because I will have perfect form.

Loved the sneaky lunges! Wall squats...I had to sing to make it to the end! Then those darn Debbie Siebers 80/20 squat jumps! Can you say OUCH? LOL...but it felt so good!

Kicking off the weekend the RIGHT WAY!
