NO MATTER WHAT...

NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW MY GOAL IS TO CONTINUE WITH MY RUNNING AND MY SHAKEOLOGY WORK OUT, SUPLEMENTING IT WITH A GOOD SHAKEOLOGY A DAY AND MY HEALTHY MEALS. SO MUCH RAIN DURING THIS WEEK THAT MAKES MY RUNNING A LITTLE DIFFICULT, BUT I DON'T CARE, IF I CAN'T RUN OUT DOORS, I'LL USE MY TREADMILL AND NAIL AT LEAST 5 MILES!!!

AFTER TAKING A VERY LONG BREAK FROM DOING MY INSANITY DUE TO MY WRIST CONDITION, I STARTED TO THINK  "WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?' ANSWER:  SHAKEOLOGY WORK OUT, IT ONLY TAKES 30 MINUTES, (HOPEFULLY I'LL BE MOVING TO THE 5O MINUTES NEXT MONTH) IT'S EASY, SIMPLE AND I CAN SEE RESULTS ALREADY!!! THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF MY SECOND WEEK, AND WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK, I ALREADY LOST 5  LBS.!!!
