Ok so after doing the Shakeology Three Day Cleanse these were my results!
I lost just over 10lbs and .5" off both legs, and 1 inch off my waist
It's crazy how great it works and how it kicks the diet back in to gear. I am also btw haha training for the White Rock Lake Marathon... Uh oh my very first marathon! I am very excited which is why I am pushing my body to its limit. This morning knocked out some INSANITY Max Interval Circuit, and tonight it will be time to ignite the fiyah? This brings the question can there be too much fiyah!??! The answer is undoubtedly yes, which is why you always, and I will say it again, ALWAYS listen to your body. When it needs rest give it rest. Now that being said there are a few things to go over...
Soreness, Fatigue, Exhaustion, and Injured...
There is a big difference in just being sore or feeling a little "pain" if you will and being injured. When you are injured it is time to stop and time to rest. You do not want to mess with injuries ALSO if you feel an injury coming on probably a good idea to rest and attempt to avoid injury. But what I am trying to say is there will come times during training when you don't "feel" good or don't "think" you can do it, but newsflash YOU CAN! The body is so much tougher then the mind and so push past fatigue and your comfort zone and allow yourself to reach new levels!
