Good Morning all!
My goal here is to lose a total of 40 pounds. I have lost 25 already and have 15 left to go. Although this is my ultimate goal, I would not be upset if I don't reach the last 15 pounds if my measurements are where they need to be. I am closer to my measurement goal than my weight goal. I have been doing P90X and adding extra muscle that I have not had in the past, so I will not be upset if the scales don't go down to where I think they should be. :) This is all paying off very well and very quickly. I just have had to make sure to stay dedicated to my goal and if I slip here and there....don't cry, just keep it movin'. Today I have Plyometrics and then another run tonight while pushing my daughter up the hills on her bike. This is good for her and I both as she has severe muscle underdevelopment in her legs. She wants to ride and I think it is one of the best things for her to build up her muscles. It is an extra little workout for me as well as we have some "fun" hills in our neighborhood. Haha! :) It gets my heart going a little more than I would on my own. ON to the next workout! :)
