1,000th workout!!

I have reached my milestone of doing 1000 workout with Beach Body since I joined in October 2007!!!  It is my great achievement of how far I have went and how hard I have pushed myself.  There are days that I could not logged on but I have tried to keep my head up and push harder with all of the my trainers.  The trainers are the best when it comes to a moment of weakness.  The trainers and everyone who worked out in the gym have helped me achieve this goal.  I never felt alone in the super gym.... I will try to reach another 1000 workout in less than 3 years.  How about you??!!  Remember, all it takes is for you to put the dvd in the player and push play after you logged on to the Super Gym!!  I hope to see you everyday!!

Day 19 Completed with Les Mill Pump

Wow.... that is what I can say about Les Mills Pump!!  And there is MORE to add!!  I am really feeling GREAT!!  Yes, I am sore too but it is a GOOD sore!!  I can feel it on my abs, shoulders and upper back!!  I feel the muscle is starting to shed some fat that has been there TOO long!!  My clothes are feeling loose and fitting better.  Kia KAKA!!  (Be strong!!)

Insanity - Be Fit or Get Out!!

Wow....Wow.... that is what I can say about Insanity and MORE!!  When I attended Tommy Mygrant activity in Ohio couple weeks ago, there was another opportunity for me to try.  This is something that you would be insane not to try it to be there live with Shaun T.  Shaun T was in Ohio that Saturday evening Downtown YWCA in Columbus, OH.  I took this opportunity for me to try to do insanity live with Shaun T.  If I made it through, I had a goal in mind for me to do for the next 60 days.  When I joined Shaun T event, I felt  out of shape and out of breath but I was determine to keep doing it until it was all over.   Yup, I took breaks to catch my breath and to allow my body to recover.  I even had a picture taken with him.  It was not the best picture of me but it has a great moment of me being there with him.  You will find the picture of me with Shaun T under www.beachbodycoach.com/lovemydogs.

Since I was looking for another 30 or 60 or 90 day goal to workout during winter months, I decided to try Insanity.  Well, I have completed day 10 already.  I feel challenged by this program!!  It reminds me of doing the drills for any sporting such as basketball, football, baseball, running, preparing for half a marathon,or anything you love in sport.  This is the challenge that will help you prepare to do the best in everything you can do and only for YOU!!  I have the feeling that I will improve all of the workout with Shaun T by the time I do the fit test on day 15.  I just love the challenge and a terrific program!!  I love it!!  It is just an awesome program!!  I am glad he created the program - Insanity!!

Thank you Shaun T for telling me to dig deep!!  I recommend this program for those who are active in fitness.  This is not a beginner program!!!

New Day... New Plan

My last blog discussed about the 3 days cleanse.  It was a huge success for me and I was pleased with the program.  I plan to do it again in future.  It was a busy October for me as I was training  for half a marathon at Wisconsin Dells.  It was a HUGE challenge.  The route was described as hilling and rolling hills with colorful fall leaves and surrounding the country side scenery.  We even had cows watching us run.  You would not find that in Chicago, Boston or even in LA!!!  The last mile was the toughest part because it was all uphill.  It was not until I reached on top of the hill that I sprinted to the finish line.  I plan on doing the 5 K on Thanksgiving day.  I am hoping for a better timing and more improvement along the way.

My next 90 days plan is to do Rev Abs.  This is a great program for your ABS and it takes a High Abs and Low Abs.... a whole new revolution to tighten up your ABS.  I have already done 2 days of workout and I LOVE IT.  It is a lot of fun and quite challenging and spicy along the way.  You should check it out.

Do you have a 90 days plan in place and this is a good timing to start one during the holidays.  Would you rather be in good shape and keeping up with good nutrition along the way by trying not to eat too much??

Also, this  is a good time to think about coaching.  Team Beachbody is offering a great deal for you to join coaching and be part of the mission to fight obesity and help other succeed.  It takes a decision for you to make, a commitment to help others and your business will succeed. Contact me for more information.

Stay healthy and in fitness,
