Insanity Fit Test Week 5

So here I am. I just completed my recovery week. Tomorrow I start the Max Insanity workouts, which I am looking forward to in a sick kind of way. Not the workouts themselves, but the results of the workouts. But in between finishing my recovery and starting the Insanity Max workouts it was time for another Fit Test. Here are my results. The numbers are as follows, Day 1/Week 3/Week 5:

 

1. Switch Kicks (2 kicks/1 rep) - 34/60/70

2. Power Jacks - 40/55/63

3. Power Knees - 65/80/95

4. Power Jumps - 20/30/60

5. Globe Jumps (4 jumps/1 rep) - 8/13/13

6. Suicide Jumps - 17/21/22

7. Push-up Jacks - 16/25/27

8. Low Plank Obliques - 26/40/44

 

I am happy with my overall improvement on the jumps. It looks like my legs are getting stronger and I am happy with that.
