My First Day for the Beginning of my weight lost.

My first day of training was very interesting. I realized how much I was truly out of shape. I know some of you may say "well couldn't you see that you were out of shape from being over wieght?" And my answer would be YES!! LOL!! however it was when I made one of the greatest decisions in my life. To begin putting down the plate and picking up some weights and getting my body in shape. My trainer which is also my beach body coach put the medal to the peddle and had me running on the tread mill, doing push ups, sit ups and so much exercising I though I was going to pass out. Every time he asked me to do something my favorite question was "How many of those do you want me to do?" And he said "Until I say stop!". And I looked at him as to say you are crazy. My heart rate was pumping and my legs were hurting and my body just wanted to fall. I was so happy when the session was over all I could do is fall on the wall in the gym and just sit there. I was thinking I can't be doing this. But my beach body coach Eric Buckner said what everyone always says "No Pain No Gain". I did not want to hear that. (Laughing)... All I wanted to say is that there has got to be another way to loss this weight. But guest what there wasn't another way to lose it. I went home and didnt even make it to my bed. I slept on the floor. I was in so much pain but it was a good pain. But I am so glad I started. And truly that the Lord for my Beach Body Coach to help me achieve my desire weight. And I am working hard to achieve it every day. So that when I step on that scale and see that weight is truly falling off I get so excited. I begin to do more exercising. And with the help of my beach body work out videos, and my day to day training and eating material of learning how to eat day to day I love it. I would trade any of my excersing in for the world.
