P90X and me

I started the P90X training on Saturday (Halloween) and have only rested one day. This is good, hard but good. Going into the program I knew I would have limitations, a knee replacement, shoulder surgery and a pending shoulder surgery so I would do my best. I wasn't able to do the pull-ups and chin ups but I saw, even with a modified program, very good results and made it to the 8th week of the program before I had to shut it down.

Now, as the surgery looms and I have stopped working out, I can really feel the difference. As in past surgeries I will work hard to make it through the rehab process and can't wait for May 1st to arrive as I have targeted that date as the day I will restart the program.
