I'm in the beginning of my 3rd week on P90x and I am slightly frustrated because I have not seen any results. My friend Shaun has went from being able to do no pull ups to seven in 5 weeks and I am still unable to do 1 in 3 weeks. I have also not seen my weight go down either.

It is frustrating but I am going to stick with it because I beleive in the program and realize it is a butt kicking workout that you can't get elsewhere.

I realize I may need to work harder in keeping my form proper. This I will work on.
