I am having a tough time sticking to the 14 day meal plan. I seem to modify the meals. I am sure I am not eating enough.

Breakfast- Turkey Bacon

Lunch- Shakeology (w/almond butter)

Snack- Almonds

Dinner- BBQ'ed Chicken w/ dijon mustard and steamed brussel sprouts

Snack- Soy Sugar-Free Vanilla Latte (no whip of course!)

One thing is for sure, I am not drinking enough water. I seem to forget!

I know I do best when I stick to the Meal Plan, but lately I have but going astray! Maybe the New Meal Planner Toll will help, need to give it a try.

I hear you - one of my biggest problems was not eating enough. Pretty ridiculous huh? I still struggle with it so I write it all down to make sure...good luck! :o)

When I write it down, I get accountable. Then I feel, OK, I've got this now. I quit writing it all down and it starts again. Do we ever get where we do not need to write it down, unless eating the SAME thing every day!!!!! Can't do that.
