Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and the Ab Ripper
This has probably got to be the best workout in the P90X system. This is a tough workout that leaves me feeling pumped when I finish it. When ever I finish any workout and the Ab Ripped is next, I never feel like doing it. But no matter how bad I feel, I man-up and do the workout. My feelings before the workout are overshadowed by how I feel after the workout. I feel like a million bucks and I'm addicted to it. Hopefully I can carry this feeling over and through week 13.
In an effort to get my wife to workout after work, I've began doing doubles. I do my regular workout in the morning and tell my wife to chose a cardio workout at night. However she's still putting up a good fight.
Plyo's was especially tough today. I don't know if it was the humidity or the time of day. Because of scheduling difficulties, I did plyos today in the pm rather than the am. I sweat of about 2.5 pounds today.
After Kempo today My sicth week will be over with. I qm still feeling great however the weight is not coming off as fast as it once was. I knew this was going to happen. I have been cheating on my diet a little, but not too much. I am going to have to recommit myself to my diet. I also may want to consider that I am not losing weight anymore because I'm starting to pack on muscle. Hopefully this is the answer.
