Update on me

Forget the past. I did not finish Si6 but am I'm on the Chalean program and I'm loving it so far.  I started on Sept. 9th & had to skip a week so I'm currently on week 3, day 2.  I just finished burn Circuit 2 & threw in slim & 6pk. Feel great. I'm incorporating both programs, mostly focusing on Chalean.  I didn't measure myself but only measured my body fat & weight.  So far, I'm at 133 pounds & 30% body fat.... not too great but I started at 140 lbs & 134% body fat. Down 7 pounds & 4% body fat isn't bad.  I'll take any fat loss & muscle gain.  Of course, I cheated a lot & must have eaten out at least close to 10 times since I started the program so this means Chalean works!  I would have lost so much more if not for the 4 buffets & 6 late dinners. hehe  

The next thing I'm gonna do is start keeping track of my food log.  Just ordered shakeology last night so I can't wait to start that.  By Christmas (after I finish Chalean), I will finally fit into my size 5 jeans again. Can't wait.  

Day 3..still here

Just finished RIU, S&6pk, and S&L.  It was not easy but def. easier than yesterday.  I am trying so hard to complete the program this time... looking for motivation and energy anywhere I can find.  The Coach check in really helps me a lot because when I feel like majorly cheating, I think about how disappointed my Coach would be so I make myself work out.  Anyway, day 4 tomorrow... already starting to see a better looking belly....

Day 2

Did RIU this morning.  Was low on energy and although the workout itself was not hard, my body was not used to working out so I kept wanting to quit.  Will be doing S&6pk & S&L tonight.  Working on my meals now.... also decided to take Slimming Formula.  Gonna keep trying.....

Re-starting SI6 tomorrow

I fell off the wagon for a good 4 weeks and will be restarting SI6 tomorrow.  I will do 1 week of RIU and then 4 weeks of BIU.  Also working on a new meal plan.... Looking forward to a new body and also new attitude about my health!

Cholesterol down 40 points!

I'm not sure how this happened but my cholesterol is down 40 points since the beginning of summer!  Last fall 2008, it was in the 230s.  Since the beginning of summer, it was about 220+ or so, and as of this month.... it has dropped down to 186.  That prob. is the lowest it has been since I was in high school..... and that was about 15 years ago. 

I know I am NOT as thin and physically fit as I was in the past, but this is a wonderful thing. In addition, my HDL (high density lipoprotein - good cholesterol) is very high. 

Update on me:  Have not started working out yet.... but I have been back in the health mode and keeping the unhealthy stuff away (except for TG).  I will start working out again on Mon on week 3 of SI6.  Pushing myself 1 week back since I have been out of it for a while.  After SI6, I will start on a diff workout... not sure what yet.... maybe round 2 of SI6 or slim series.
