Well I'm not on a routine, but I have been working out. School started back up again, and even though it took me forever to get home in the snow (!!!) I still worked out and then ate dinner, which I am very proud of. I'm slacking and only doing 10 min work outs, but I feel that something is better than nothing, right?

My eating habits are ok. I have been trying to eat more protien and less carbs. Although, I cheated today and got some chexmix out of the vending maching at school. It's hard when its there and when I see other people eating bad. I think why can't I eat unhealthy if they can? It's not fun.

My long-term goal is to run a half-marathon in September, but I guess I need a short-term goal for my long-term one to even work. I would like to work out 3 more days this week. So, between wed, thrus, fri, sat, sun I need to work out 3 out of the 5. Lets do it!!!
