New to Blogging

Hello everyone!  To start I'm Cody Messinger and I'm new to blogging.  Since this is my first blog I'm just going to discuss a little about what programs I've been doing.  To begin, I started Power 90 on November 17, 2008 at 220 pounds and remained using Power 90 thru December 25, 2009,  Christmas day. 

On that Christmas I recieved P90X and thru the first disc in and pushed play.  I started around the weight of 185 and dropped an additional 7 pounds with my first round of the X.  Then I started my second round of P90X and gained 5 pounds of muscle back.  Both rounds were done using the P90X classic schedule.

Then I became insane with Insanity.  Today is the middle of week 4 and it's still kicking my butt!  I've toned so much in my core and legs and i feel as if my endurence to do anything is increased. 

After I complete my inital round of Insanity I will be doing a Hybrid of P90X and Insanity which I still will need to "produce".  So if anyone has any sugestions or examples of what they have done it will be greatly appreciated!
