I am proud of myslef, week 1 was challenging but I stuck with you and completed all the workouts. I never allowed myself to quit. I am grateful for Fit Phatty Support page because it has been been a great tool of motivation for me, 

Goals Update

- 4/5 goals set for last week with the exception of one are fully reached.

-I could not really follow the meal plan on TBB because I did not have my supplements ( Shakeology and Whey Protein)

 

Week 2 GOALS

-I want to challenge myself during each work out

-Continue the healthy eating Habbits

-Go to Bed earlier than normal

-Focus and Read my Bible more

I find myself more and mire excited each day about woeking out and bing the best me I can be. I am glad I decided to change my situation instead if just complaining and whining about it.

P90X- Insanity Hybrid Day 1

     Today was the beginning of an amazing, yet terrifying journey. I was very excited to start but this morning I found it hard to wake up. Sunday is my church day and usually verry busy so i knew that I had to have an early morning workout. My body was NOT feeling it. I press that snoozed button about three or more time; I sure am glad that I decided to finally wake up. It's was one of the best decision.

P90X Chest & Back/ Ab RipperX

Workout was Great, although I presently struggle with pull-ups but I am working on it. I was able to knock out 10 Push-ups in a row on my toes: Yay for improvement. I am looking forward to this journey and can't wait for the next day!

Hello Fit Phatty,

My name is Midtzar Alexis and this is my story...

I recently graduated from University of Florida  (Go Gators) but that's not important. During my 4 years of college I manage to gain 50lbs, yes 50lbs. I could not believe it either, but I am glad that I am now aware of my bad habits and have committed to make a change.

Well this is how how the story started, in 2006 I was in good shape, i was exercising and eating healthy but all that stopped after that one phone call about the death of my father. My dad was in Haiti at that time and was murder. I could not understand the reasons  behind it and allowed myself to be depressed and even suicidal. I struggled for years trying to comprehend how someone can just taske another person's life but came to relaized that in the midst of it all I was digging an early grave for my self.

After graduation I made a promess to myself to get healthy and start living life instead of moping and being depressed about situations and things I can't change.

 

Weekly Goal

1. Clean eating throughout the weekend

  •  week-ends have been my downfall in the past

2. Complete all the schedule workouts for Week 1 of P90X /Insanity Hybrid

3. Follow the meal on TBB

  • Replace (beef, pork) with chicken

4. Drink at LEAST 80 Ounces of Water

5.Log my workout in TBB to keep myself Accountable + post pictures and comments on Fit Phatty for support!
