First Week of P90X

First week of P90X was tough but I made it through. Having the afterworkout recovery drink really helped a lot. There were a few zero reps next to some of the workouts I had to log but in the next 2 weeks I plan on getting at least up to 5 reps. Decline pushups not really sure about. Chair dips ouch, my triceps are not really that strong yet. But the time the month is over I plan to have mastered at least 5 of each. I also plan to come out of the bands and really work on the pull-up bar. I will still use the bands for toning but my goal is to be able to pull myself up on the bar. Looking forward to my second week of workouts especially Kenpo X. I love it.
