Contest Preparation

One year ago today I joined BeachBody. I have met some great people! I luv chocolate Shakeology and do various recipes with it.

 

I am 7 weeks away from a pro-qualifier for a Figure Competition in USBF organization.

I will be sharing prep pre contest pics. I just startedto attend outdoor workout sessions led by Lisa Jackson while making transformation videos for Beachbody. Its fun!!

Hi Annette, that's fantastic. I could only imagine the discipline and determination it takes to prepare for a contest like that. What is your diet regimen for contest preparation?

Hi Margarita!
It is oatmeal, protein drinks one to two per day, chicken, fish yams brown rice veggies salads,, tuna fish, whole grain bread, some fat free milk, and fat free Greek yogurt and fruit 2-3 servings per day. 2 tsps - 1 Tbsp peanut butter per day
