stuff keeps quitting on me

Not me, just the Treadmill last week and now the TV.  Oh well, I will use the laptop for running DVDs of workouts and the little trampoleen to run on, must be a challange or life is too dull.

still going

well, I am still doing treadmill 1+ mile every other day... staying in double green with some endurance work for the better part of it .

also still doing am stretches and atleast one other work out every day!!!

last week in fe

have increased work outs to include 1 mi. / night on treadmill.  pushing it to the double green each time and heart recovery  is under 8 min.  cant get the weight off or waste to shrink... am trying to stay at 1400 cal / day also.

 

new week new start

working out with Slim 6 and not seeing results so I am going to add workout per day.  Also fell off wagon one day and ate two cinnamon rolls.  Today is grocery day so eating will get better.

heel is getting better as the scar tissue in Achillies is getting loosened with the ultra sound work.

new to blogging but not to pushing play

Body is still recovering from the weekend workout of moving furniture!  I am tackling Slim in 6 to get back in the swing of working out. Heel injury (popped Achillies tendon) is improving but I am not pushing it with too much impact work.
