90 Days & Counting

I’ve decided to go back to Rev Abs for 90 days. I’ve done it a bit before but not the full and whole program. Today was Power Intervals, 434 calories in that short amount of time, NOT BAD. I’d been wanting to do more legs but I forgot how much I hate lunges. SMH From the way I feel, I must need them so wish me luck. Any tips?

RevAbs/P90X Combo....Take 3

This week wraps up my combo but I'll be cutting it short for Game Plan over the weekend. I'm not too worried thou, I'm sure I'll get in a few P90X moves in during the group workout on Friday. WooWee, can't wait!

This last 30 was surely the hardest, my body has been shouting at me every week. LOL This go around I've been working more with my nutrition. It's been really good, no craving for junk and because I'm working out, I get to eat more. :-) Clean eating makes a world of difference. My weight is still down & I'm getting stronger. I'm looking forward to my next set of 'bye-bye' pix so I can see the changes.

RevAbs/P90X Combo....Take 2

In a few hours I'm going in to my 3rd phase of my combo, last 30 days all P90X. I think I'm spoiled from phase 1, Rev Abs shorter workouts where nice on days I may have been running behind. In putting in my measurements this morning, my body fat is lower in comparison to the last time I was my currennt weight. Yay! So, I'd say I'm on a good track. I read a good artical about power training today so I think I'm gonna grab some heavier hand weights. I'm still working on my pull-ups on the bar but at least I can do 1 unassisted so that's cool.

RevAbs/P90X Combo

Today was day 2 of RevAbs. I'm a true P90Xer to my heart, I've done it & I know it works. This year at summit I hung with Brett for a RevAbs group workout...OFF THE CHAIN. It was high energy and high intensity to the point that I was sore before the day was out. How could this be? I've been bringing it. Soooo...I've decided to do a combo: 30 days RevAbs, 30 days RevAbs & P90X alternating days then wrapping up the last 30 days with of P90X. I am so looking forward to my results.
