Day 25

Wow, I'm looking forward to taking my measurements and photos for day 28/30. I don't see any change but I feel stronger. Actually, the more I work out, the softer I'm feeling in the middle. I hope that's a sign of fat melting away. Week 4 has me sore all over again. LuvN this core stuff, hard but feels GREAT. I finally got my chin up bar and I'm looking forward to Monday's start of 2nd phase. Up until now I've been using the red band, too easy. I'm doing 20-25 reps, the bar will have me whipped I'm sure. I'm still working on getting a meal plan that works for me and my super busy schedule. I am so open for suggestions.

My biggest problem is diet & nutrition..have u found anything that is working for u? Have u tried the Shakeology?

It's a process that's on going. I'm looking into trying Shakeology very soon, I'm already doing the whey protein shakes. I'll keep you posted.
