90 Days & Counting

I’ve decided to go back to Rev Abs for 90 days. I’ve done it a bit before but not the full and whole program. Today was Power Intervals, 434 calories in that short amount of time, NOT BAD. I’d been wanting to do more legs but I forgot how much I hate lunges. SMH From the way I feel, I must need them so wish me luck. Any tips?

434, I would say you are Bringing IT! You know my tip, follow the nutritional guide...80% of those abs are made in the kitchen!
