Update!

It has been much to long since I have written.  Here is  breif update you myself and for you!

I did my first bodpod test in August. I then began cleaning up my food intake even more as well as working out 7 days a week.  5 days a week with Chalene Extreme. 2 days a week at the gym for calf raises, running, and swimming.

 

When I did my bod pod in August, I weighed 133lbs and was 33% body fat.

This past month, 3 months later, my bod pod results were amazing! 

weight - 131 lbs.

           5  lbs LESS of FAT and 3 lbs MORE of muscle!!!!!!!!!

 

I worked very hard and am so excitied with my progrss.  I am toning up and my clothes fit me so much better!

I am looking forward to my results from my next BodPod mid Feb.!
