Day 3

Well I am one hurting camper, it's my calves that bother me the most... but that just means I am going to have rock hard calves. I am down 2 lbs so far, but I don't expect to lose that much every two days! The eating is great! I need the structure of 5 meals, and eating a smaller amount is great cause I have a hard time knowing when I am full as I eat too fast. I am so glad that I chose Insanity! Be Back Again Tomorrow
