4/7 Update

Well I will keep this short.  In 3 days I will have completed 30 days of p90x.  I'm very pleased with my results so far.  As of today I have lost a total of 27 lbs from my orginal start back in September of 09.  I have also lost a total of 7 1/4 inches just in my belly.  I will be taking my 30 pics on Sunday and post them on my profile page.

3/18/10 update

Well, after my last entry I had my 2nd relapse with Mono.  Can you say frustration?  There is good news today.  I was able to focus on my diet while not working out and I was able to loose an aditional 12 pounds in 2 months.  In late Feb I started easing back into p90x and the first of March I went to 6 days a week with p90x doing mainly cardio workouts.  This week I have kicked it in full steam and I'm glad to report that as of today I have lost a total of 27 lbs and my waist measurments have gone down from 43 to 36!  So, with all that I have been through, I'm still very pleased with my results and where I'm headed with all of this.  My new goals are to loose the additional fat around my waist and build up my muscle mass over this 90 day round.  This is GREAT STUFF MY BB FRIENDS !

Transformation Trials

I will keep this short.  After starting P90 3 times and failing twice due to motivation this last attempt I came down with Mono.  I was 60 days into my transformation, lost 17 lbs and at 53 yrs at the start of the holidays I come down with Mono.  Big Bummer !  Well I'm back and now I'm 2 days into P90X but I'm taking it easy for the first week or so.  Last time I pushed it too early and relapsed which delayed my recovery time and kept me from working out for 2 MONTHS!  No way I want to go back there again.  The good news is that during that 2 months off and the Holidays I only gained back 3 pounds and I'm already seeing it slip off some this week.
